BCLP strengthens finance practice in London with new Partner and two Associates

International law firm BCLP announced today that Fiona Coady has joined the London office as a partner in the Finance Transactions practice group. Formerly a partner at Taylor Wessing, Fiona has joined BCLP following the recent arrival of Lerika le Grange and two associates from the same firm, further strengthening the bench of talent within the Corporate & Finance Transactions Department. 

Fiona brings deep experience in banking and finance, advising both lenders and borrowers across a broad range of transactions, including margin lending and fund finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, receivables and asset-based lending, private placements, commodities and infrastructure finance, and structured finance. Her clients include funds, family offices, corporates, and financial institutions.

Fiona began her career at Allen & Overy, followed by roles at various leading international law firms, before becoming Partner at Taylor Wessing in 2021 where she worked closely with Lerika to build up its finance transactions practice. Their arrival will enhance BCLP’s transatlantic platform to meet growing client demand and bolster the firm’s offering across fund finance, litigation funding, and broader financial services. Senior Associate Anna Dugoni and Associate Amy Edwards-Knight have also joined the team and will continue the momentum to build a financing practice recognized for its cross-border work and restructuring capabilities.
