International law firm BCLP announces today that Christine Graham joins the Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice group as a partner in London.   

Christine's broad antitrust practice includes advising clients on global mergers and foreign direct investment (FDI) reviews. She has a wealth of experience representing clients before antitrust and foreign investment screening authorities. Christine is Vice-Chair of the ABA Antitrust Foreign Investment and National Security Committee and co-founder of the European Foreign Direct Investment Association. Christine also brings strong sector-specific knowledge to advisory and contentious matters, particularly within the technology and life sciences industries. 

Prior to joining BCLP, Christine was Special Counsel at Cooley and previously practiced at another large international firm. Christine also has UK Government experience, having undertaken a secondment advising on the transposition of EU law into UK law ahead of Brexit.

BCLP today also announced that partner Alexis Early joins the same Antitrust team in Washington, D.C. She helps clients navigate complex business challenges involving the cross-border flow of goods, software, technology, funds, and investment capital. Alexis also regularly advises on economic sanctions, export controls, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), and other emerging areas of international trade law. 

Both arrivals mark another important step in growing BCLP’s global Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice. BCLP is focused on expanding the practice to meet rising client demand across key global markets and reinforcing our commitment to support clients navigating increasingly complex regulatory landscapes.
