Brian Underwood, a partner on BCLP's Media and First Amendment team, recently interviewed with Law Week Colorado about the US Supreme Court's 2025-26 term and the expansion of First Amendment protections.

In the article, Brian discusses the First Amendment docket, speech protections, and First Amendment arguments.

"It’s tempting to view each case in isolation," Brian told Law Week Colorado. "But when you look across the First Amendment docket, the Court continues to approach government restrictions on speech with deep skepticism, even while other areas of constitutional law are evolving."
