BCLP Advises Aspelin Ramm on Sale in Paris
Apr 27, 2020The global law firm BCLP advised the Norwegian group Aspelin Ramm on the sale of 40, rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris to Generali Real Estate on behalf of the GF Pierre fund.
This mixed asset of 3,350 square meters, which had been owned by the Norwegian developer for 20 years, is 99 percent leased. The amount of the transaction is approximately €50 million.
BCLP’s team in Paris was composed of Partner Henry Ranchon, Counsel Suzy Lasry and Counsel Edouard Alcouffe in real estate and Partner Christine Daric in tax.
