International law firm BCLP advised NICE (NASDAQ: NICE), an Israel-based technology company and a worldwide leader in AI-powered contact center software, in the acquisition of Moxie Software, Inc., an enterprise software solutions company and innovator of advanced digital assistance tools.

With this acquisition, announced on Aug. 11, NICE is expanding its revolution of digital CX capabilities, and is now able to grow its profound experience, knowledge-base and comprehensive cloud customer experience platform by taking current contact center experiences into refined, innovative self-service. This move extends NICE’s comprehensive set of digital CX assets offered as part of CXone, the world’s only true next-gen digital customer engagement platform
