BCLP advises OneStock in relation to investment by Silverfleet Capital
Apr 12, 2021BCLP advised the founders and shareholders of OneStock SAS, a European leader in Order Management Software (OMS) in relation to the acquisition of a significant minority stake by European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital.
Headquartered in Toulouse, France, and with offices in Paris and London, OneStock has developed a sector leading SaaS Order Management Software platform for omnichannel retailers.
The BCLP team was composed of Christian Sauer, Partner and associates Justine Langer and Dora Pucci (Corporate - M&A), as well as Christine Daric, Partner (Tax) in Paris and Benjamin Lee, Partner (Corporate - M&A) in London.
