Three articles authored by BCLP lawyers are nominated for the 10th edition of the Antitrust Writing Awards by Concurrences, an independent antitrust specialist publisher.
Concurrences’ Editorial Committee received a record-breaking 1,200+ submissions this year, out of which it selected the following BCLP articles:
- COVID-19 Maps: The global impact of COVID-19 on competition law by Dave Anderson and Philip Apfel.
- Highly impactful - UK National Security & Investment Bill introduces mandatory Government review of a wide range of transactions by Andrew Hockley, Chris Bryant, and Doran Boyle.
- Arbitrability of Antitrust Disputes in PRC and Hong Kong SAR by Glenn Haley, Carolina Carlstedt, and Barry Wong.
