Partner Daisy Reeves Ranks 15 in OUTstanding Top 100 LGBT+ Executives 2020 List

BCLP Partner and Global LGBTQ* Group Co-Chair Daisy Reeves has today ranked at 15 in the globally recognized OUTstanding Top 100 LGBT+ Executives Role Model List 2020. The list features the 100 most senior LGBT+ role models in business, worldwide, who endeavor to make the workplace more welcoming for the LGBT+ community. Reeves is the most senior female lawyer rank on this global list.

Alongside her work outside BCLP promoting LGBTQ* equality across the globe, within BCLP Reeves has helped lead BCLP’s Global LGBTQ* and Allies programs, also sitting on the firm’s Global Inclusion & Diversity Action Board. Notably, this year she has focused on the intersection between mental health, disability and LGBTQ* and engaged with a broad range of clients to increase awareness around the importance of inclusion, psychological safety and inclusive leadership within the global corporate workplace, particularly during this time of COVID.

Reeves’ ranking follows BCLP being recognized by global LGBT charity Stonewall as a Top Global Employer 2020 in September last year.
