Firm Named a 2020 Best Law Firm for Women by Working Mother

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has been named a 2020 Working Mother “Best Law Firm for Women.” For more than a decade, Working Mother has recognized law firms in the U.S. that create and use best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers.

In honoring the firms most committed to advancing women, the organization assesses factors such as committee roles, assignments, client teams and sponsorship, as well as promotion and retention demographics. The ranking also factors in each firm’s flexibility, time off and parental leave policies. 

BCLP has a long-standing commitment to supporting the career development of women and increasing their representation in both partnership and leadership roles. As part of that support, the firm is dedicated to promoting the success of the firm’s women lawyers through a variety of initiatives and programming.  The firm’s approach is supported by BCLP Women, a U.S. affinity group providing opportunities for the firm’s women lawyers to connect with each other, to develop practice and leadership skills, and to build strong networks.
