St. Louis Partner Stephanie Hosler joined the 2021 Celebration of Scholarships at Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law, held virtually this year on March 10. Hosler is BCLP’s global department leader for Corporate & Finance Transactions.

Approximately 100 scholarship donors and students logged on to hear remarks from Hosler (BA ’95, JD ’99), Interim Dean Jim Speta, Dean of Students Susie Spies Roth (BA ’01, JD ’06) and scholarship recipient Mariah Levy (JD ’22). Hosler, who established the law school’s Hispanic/Latinx History and Culture Endowed Scholarship for law students, stressed the importance of education and diversity.

Hosler concentrates her BCLP practice in the areas of business and transactional counseling. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, general commercial counseling, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private offerings of securities, stock-for-stock acquisitions, and acquisitions of minority interests. Consistently recognized top legal rankings, she is a member of the National Hispanic Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of St. Louis.
