St. Louis Senior Counsel Jerry M. Hunter was quoted Dec. 21 by Bloomberg Law concerning the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) decision to order mail balloting in every union election scheduled, and how employers are responding. “It isn’t reasonable for an employer to request a manual election when pandemic statistics virtually guarantee that regional directors will order mail balloting,” said Hunter, who is also a former NLRB general counsel.
