Hunter in ‘Law360’ for Labor & Employment Webinar
Jul 08, 2020St. Louis Partner Jerry Hunter was noted June 30 by Law360 regarding a recent webinar he moderated that addressed COVID-19 and developments under the National Labor Relations Act. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) General Counsel Peter Robb was the special guest and a presenter during the webinar. Robb told those who joined the National Employment Law Council webinar that he’s readying new guidance for safely staging union elections during the pandemic, signaling the possible return of in-person voting months after the board largely switched to mail-in ballot elections. Hunter was NLRB general counsel from 1989 until 1993. The webinar also was featured in Bloomberg Law’s Daily Labor Report.
