St. Louis Senior Counsel Jerry M. Hunter was quoted Dec.1 by Law360 concerning whether President-elect Joe Biden will take the step of firing National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) General Counsel Peter Robb due to his role in the agency’s shift to business-friendly policy. It is up for debate if Biden will have the power to fire the general counsel. "The proponents should be careful what they wish for," said Hunter, who is a former NLRB general counsel.
