Jeff Wakolbinger, a partner in BCLP’s Intellectual Property and Technology Disputes practice, recently spoke with Law360 about IP enforcement and trademark claims in an article about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' copyright and trademark infringement lawsuit against a podcast critical of the LDS church

In the article, Jeff discussed the risk of IP cases and nominative fair use defense, saying "it's one thing to say 'Mormon Stories.' It's perhaps another to then use a color that's associated with the church and logos that are associated with the church." He also said he thinks both sides have a lot to argue about.
