Katherine Cooper presents at ABA's Derivatives and Futures Law 2024 Winter Committee Meeting

Partner Katherine Cooper will speak at the American Bar Association’s Derivatives and Futures Law Committee 2024 Winter Meeting on January 25, 2024. The Committee’s annual winter meeting features leading practitioners in the field of derivatives and futures law and regulation who provide key insights and, along with other meeting participants, engage in discussions on the latest developments in derivatives and futures law. Katherine will speak on the meeting’s  "Administrative Law Challenges” panel. 

A frequent speaker and author on futures law, Katherine is an experienced lawyer with extensive experience in the sale and trading of commodities, derivatives, securities, and digital assets.
