Legal 500 US 2022

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP is recommended in four practice areas, with one lawyer, Judith Gallent, recommended as a Leading Lawyer in The Legal 500 USA 2022 guide.

The firm’s Real Estate Finance Practice was ranked for the first time in Tier 4, with the editorial team highlighting the firm’s “global presence and accompanying capability in cross-border mandates.” Irvine-based James Kousoulas was highlighted for his role leading the practice.

BCLP’s M&A and Corporate Finance practice was elevated to a tier 2 ranking in the area of  M&A Mid-Market (sub $500m), and practice leader John Welge was highlighted along with partners Stephanie Hosler and Steve Baumer.

The team also held its rankings in the Land Use/Zoning, and Not-For-Profit (Nonprofit and Tax Exempt Organizations) tables.

Judith Gallent was particularly highlighted for her Land Use/Zoning experience, with client feedback describing her as “a potent leader” who delivers “invaluable strategy and insight.”
