Partner Lindsay Aggarwal, who spearheaded BCLP’s Parental Leave Program, was featured in an ABA Journal article discussing parental leave in BigLaw. In the article, Lindsay discusses her return to work in 2022, BCLP's Parental Leave Coaching Program and the support she received from the firm in its creation.

As part of the program, Lindsay provides confidential one-on-one coaching to any lawyer preparing for, returning from or on parental leave. In the article, she highlighted the portion of the program that allows access to peer support groups, which are cohorts of parents who meet with her regularly as they’re planning their transition or transitioning back to the firm.

“I do think there has been a real, tangible cultural impact,” Lindsay told ABA Journal. “I’m not solely attributing that to the program, but I recognize that just talking about these things a lot more and a lot more out in the open has had a positive effect.”
