Lindsay Aggarwal Featured in Law.com Byline Article on Importance of Parental Leave

Partner Lindsay Aggarwal, who spearheaded BCLP’s Parental Leave Program, was featured in a Law.com commentary article discussing the importance of supportive parental leave programs. Since Lindsay founded the firm’s program in 2024, dozens of lawyers have taken advantage of the parental leave program, including almost as many men as women.
