London Managing Partner Segun Osuntokun was featured July 28 by Sky News following new research into who holds positions of power in the UK. Findings showed just 51 out of 1,097 leaders in the UK are from a Black or minority ethnic background. “When you talk to Black people about their experiences, there are so many levels at which there is a presumption that this is not your place,” Segun told Sky News.

In addition, Segun penned a powerful open letter published July 22 by The Lawyer, a leading legal publication in the UK. His letter scrutinizes the inclusivity and diversity efforts within the legal industry and calls for action to ensure leaders focus on creating meaningful and lasting change within the industry.
