Luke Lantta, a partner in BCLP's Business & Commercial Disputes practice and Co-Leader of the Fiduciary Disputes Team, has earned one of the trusts and estates profession’s highest honors, election as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Luke is among just 55 individuals elected as Fellows during ACTEC’s Fall Meeting, reflecting his reputation, exceptional skill and substantial contributions to the field.

“Being elected a Fellow of ACTEC is a tremendous professional honor,” said Bob Hoffman. “This is a significant recognition of the reputation Luke has built and the unique perspective he brings to trust and estate disputes.”

Luke helps companies and individuals resolve private wealth, business and reputational disputes inside and outside the courtroom and advocates for clients in a wide-range of industries and professions. In addition to representing high net worth individuals and companies, he also represents indigent survivors of family violence in temporary protective order hearings.
