Mayhew Featured by ‘Business Insider’ for Leadership Role

BCLP Firm Co-Chair Lisa Mayhew was featured March 10 by Business Insider as one of the few women leading elite law firms. “Currently, just over a handful of women are top brass at the biggest law firms in the country,” the publication noted. “Their titles differ from firm to firm – the managing partner, chairperson, CEO, or partner in charge – but these women are in charge of strategic leadership; working with the executive committee; overseeing financials; cultivating firm culture; and other big-picture duties that keep firms running successfully.” Mayhew was highlighted for having helped steer the cross-Atlantic merger of Bryan Cave and Berwin Leighton Paisner in 2018, as well as for her employment practice.
