New Partner André in National and International Legal Outlets

New Los Angeles Partner Jean-Claude (J.C.) André has been featured in numerous legal outlets for his recent move to BCLP. André will co-lead the firm’s Appellate & Supreme Court Group. Coverage has included articles in The Recorder; Bloomberg Law; Thompson Reuters; the Los Angeles Daily Journal; The Global Legal Post; and in Law360. André said he is looking forward to helping grow Bryan Cave’s appellate practice, noting that BCLP’s expanding litigation practice will by nature lead to more appellate work. He also hopes to further integrate the appellate practice into the firm’s litigation process, saying he wants to introduce “appellate lawyers early with trial litigation teams, to help out with critical motion writing, to help with record preservation. That is something BCLP embraces philosophically, and something I embrace,” he told Law360.
