Denver Partner and new Chief Transformation Officer Sean Odendahl was featured Oct. 8 in The American Lawyer. Odendahl serves as part of BCLP’s global leadership team and oversees an office that works to ensure the firm stays focused on its new strategy of business transformation, dubbed Project Advance. This follows a months-long review in which BCLP identified a more streamlined platform for executing international growth plans. “The chief transformation officer is there to hold people accountable and make sure these initiatives have the appropriate level of management attention and focus,” he told the publication. “It’s identifying the true North Star and always judging our efforts against the overall transformation. We’re looking to move fast. I’m sure we’ll have some skinned knees, but that’s OK.”
