Paris Partner Interviewed by Décideurs TV on Real Estate Sector during Pandemic
Nov 20, 2020Paris Real estate Partner Pierre Popesco was interviewed Nov. 17 on Décideurs TV, by Le Monde du Droit, regarding the impact of the COVID-19 health crisis on the real estate sector in terms of rental income, commercialization, fundraising and investment. Popesco addressed the evolution of the situation in different geographical areas around the world, with a special focus on changes in the commercial real estate market in Paris and its region, particularly with the increase in remote working and new ways of working, and the under-use of certain workspaces today.
