Paris Partner Interviewed on COVID Impact
Sep 29, 2020BCLP Paris Partner Constantin Achillas, head of the Paris office Litigation Department, was interviewed Sept. 28 by BFM Business TV on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on contracts, and in particular on the consequences of contract breach. Achillas addressed whether “force majeure” can be claimed in such circumstances, and the solutions available to businesses that anticipate such situations in their current and future contracts.
