Paris Team Advises Groupe News Participations on Acquisition of DICI Group
Jul 30, 2020Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner advised Groupe News Participations (Altice France) on the acquisition of three companies from the DICI Group.
The transaction involved the acquisition of a company that owns and operates a local television channel – DICI TV – broadcasting in France’s Gap area, an advertising agency and a production company. Groupe News Participations is part of an independent multimedia group whose activity is focused on information available on several media, including television.
