Paris Team Authors Article for ‘Le Moniteur’ on New French Climate Law Specifications
Oct 05, 2021BCLP Partner Pierre Popesco and Associate Neda Tassoubi, with BCLP Paris’ Real Estate Team, published an article Sept. 17 in Le Moniteur on "Optimising building density to fight against urbanisation.” The climate law recently adopted in France provides for several measures that the authors explain, such as the prior densification study for development operations, a single minimum density in major urban planning operations, and derogations from the rules of the local urban plan.
