Partner Featured in ‘Scotsman Guide’ on REIT Activity
Aug 23, 2021BCLP Partner Heather Boelens was featured in the August edition of the Scotsman Guide in a Q&A regarding the stiff competition REITs are facing for properties. “Now, I’m seeing an extreme amount of competition,” she told the publication. “I really feel a lot of confidence in the market and, in particular, the data center, infrastructure and industrial REIT categories. That’s not true yet with respect to retail, or hospitality/resort REITs.”
