Partner presents at ABA Antitrust Global Seminar Series: Warsaw

Antitrust lawyer and Brussels Managing Partner Dave Anderson will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2022 Antitrust Global Seminar Series, set for Oct. 12 in Warsaw. This is the first ABA Global Seminar Series in Central and Eastern Europe.

The event will feature antitrust agency leaders and practitioners exploring cutting-edge issues in international antitrust law and policy. Dave will join a panel outlining hot topics in the fast-moving area of vertical agreements, including recent EU reforms and national enforcement trends. This panel also will discuss US-EU divergences and similarities, which are so important to multinational companies.

A frequent speaker and author on antitrust law, Dave regularly advises clients across a wide range of industries on EU and international antitrust aspects of vertical agreements. 

The ABA Antitrust Law Section is one of the world's leading communities of competition, consumer protection and data privacy professionals. The event will feature three segments of general interest to all competition practitioners on leading-edge issues.
