Counsel Christy Phanthavong authored an article published in the April issue of Labor & Employment Law, from the Illinois State Bar Association, concerning the Illinois Department of Labor’s (IDOL) recently issued guidance for employers regarding compensation and paid leave in connection with absences for COVID-19 vaccine appointments. In the article, Phanthavong outlines the specifics of mandatory vaccination, voluntary vaccination and family vaccination.
