BCLP St. Louis Associate Sasha Riedisser has been recognized by St. Louis Lawyer Magazine as Pro Bono Volunteer of the Month for May.

Riedisser has been instrumental in a successful partnership between Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Citigroup and Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM) to provide assistance to people needing advance health care directives and powers of attorney, as well as beneficiary deeds. She also helped pro bono clients facing abuse and harassment obtain necessary restraining orders, among other pro bono and community service activities.

“During the pandemic, concerns regarding potential medical incapacity and the need for estate planning and providing for dependents and properties have come to the forefront,” the publication noted. “Riedisser’s work alongside Citi and LSEM has helped provide peace of mind for multiple local residents, especially those who have been the most impacted by the pandemic and economic downturn.”

Riedisser is a member of the firm’s Commercial Disputes Practice Group and focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation.
