Sacher Interviewed for Podcast by ‘The Insurer’
May 12, 2020BCLP’s Jonathan Sacher and other insurance industry leaders Stephen Catlin, David Howden, and Dan Glaser, have been interviewed by The Insurer as part of their ‘The Best Policy’ podcast series. In part one, Sacher (London Partner and Co-Leader of BCLP’s Insurance practice) answers questions about the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) recent decision regarding COVID-19 business interruption (BI) disputes in the UK. In part two, he deals with The Insurer’s questions on reinsurers of US business, where insurers face activist regulators and politicians, a plaintiff bar and potentially aggrieved policy holders in the world’s most litigious society.
