Sarah is a partner in the Firm's Global Corporate Transactions Practice in the New York office. Her experience focuses on leading large-scale and middle-market transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, recapitalizations, sales and divestitures, joint ventures, co-investments, minority investments and strategic investments.

Sarah’s appointment comes less than a year after joining BCLP, underscoring her strong market knowledge and recognition as a leading voice in the M&A space.
