London Managing Partner Segun Osuntokun has been named to the UK’s Black Powerlist 2021, which this year was topped by Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton MBE. Annually, the list recognizes and celebrates Britain’s 100 most influential Black people. Over the past 15 years, the Powerlist has grown to become the definitive and most prestigious recognition of Black achievement within the UK. Segun was included in the “Politics, Law and Religion” category. He features along with Shadow Secretary of State for Justice David Lammy and Deputy Vice President of the Law Society of England and Wales Stephanie Boyce.

He was hailed by the awards for his “unwavering passion for race equity in his 25-year career in business,” with his leadership in BCLP’s Race for Change initiative, designed to increase Black representation in the legal profession, particularly highlighted.
