Semiannual BCLP Diversity Report Now Available

The latest edition of BCLP’s Inclusion & Diversity Report is now available. The report provides candid, timely and informative insight into BCLP’s inclusion and diversity initiatives, as well as future plans.

“In 2020 we set a new Inclusion & Diversity mission: ‘To unleash and nurture the power of inclusion, belonging and diversity as a habit, not an initiative, and to create an environment where all in our firm feel valued, respected, celebrated and able to reach their full potential.’ But we all know that actions speak louder than words,” I&D Co-Chairs Meridyth Andresen and Segun Osuntokun wrote in the report. “This report sets out a number of steps our firm has taken in the last six months to support our people through crisis, and to ensure we are continuing to make meaningful progress on Inclusion & Diversity.”
