BCLP is proud to announce the launch of its 2025 Responsible Business Report, offering our first global overview of the firm’s responsible business efforts and the progress we’re making across a range of environmental, social and governance priorities.

Building on the foundation established in our inaugural report, this year’s report is organized around four core pillars: Our Approach, Our People, Our Communities and Our Environment, and highlights how responsible business principles are being embedded throughout our operations. It showcases progress in areas including environmental reporting, sustainable procurement and data integrity, while celebrating the contributions of colleagues across the firm who help bring these commitments to life every day.

Also of note, People reporting is now largely incorporated into this report, reflecting the central role this pillar plays in how we operate and deliver our responsible business commitments. By aligning these efforts under a single strategy, we are strengthening our approach to responsible business and creating greater accountability, transparency and impact across the firm.

As our first global Responsible Business Report, the publication reflects our ambition to embed responsible business practices across everything we do, while supporting clients, colleagues and communities in navigating an evolving landscape.
