The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom ‘Lawyer of the Year’ 2022

In relation to licensing matters, Bark has considerable experience having appeared before many tribunals in relation to premises license applications or on behalf of clients in relation to prosecutions under licensing legislation. He also advises on gambling matters, has appeared before the Gambling Commission, and has advised a number of clients in relation to casino related applications, as well as dealing with other gambling activities.
