This webinar discusses adapting to the death of privacy shield. 

Yesterday 5,378 companies relied upon their EU-US Privacy Shield self-certification in order to satisfy the GDPR's adequacy requirement for transferring data from the EU to the US. Today the European Court of Justice (ECJ) invalidated Privacy Shield (as it did with the Safe Harbor framework before it).
