Paris Labor Law Partners Marion Brière Ségala and Claire Fougea addressed a number of concerns associated with the government’s partial activity plan in a Q&A article published Oct. 16 in La Quotidienne des Editions Francis Lefebvre. To limit the consequences of the health crisis linked to COVID-19, the government gave a new boost to partial activity, a mechanism popular with French employers. To help streamline the procedure for investigating requests for partial activity and in light of the financial volumes involved, the public authorities decided to strengthen a posteriori control to verify their regularity.
