Jul 29, 2021On Tuesday, June 29, BCLP Securities and Corporate Governance and Employment and Labor attorneys presented a webinar regarding compliance in a new era. The presenters featured Allison Eckstrom, Bill Cole and Vicki Westerhaus. Allison presented on considerations for post-pandemic return to work, covering update on mandatory tests, vaccines, wage and hour issues, continuing legal issues and liability risks. Bill and Vicki presented on “hot topics” for 2021, including update on hot compliance topics such as the push for voluntary ESG compliance, Board diversity initiatives, #MeToo and BLM movements, pay equity and human capital matters.
