Biography

Abdullah Alharbi’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance and general litigation support. He has appeared before the Saudi Commercial Courts in first instance and appeals matters, the Saudi Labor Courts and before the Saudi Tax Committees (General Secretariate of Tax Committees or GSTC), which determines all tax, zakat and customs duty disputes in Saudi Arabia.

Abdullah routinely represents clients in foreign investment licensing (MISA), Ministry of Commerce (MoC) transactions, before the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and in specialized regulatory matters, such as before the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI).
