Biography

Abdullah Almulhim advises multinational and regional clients across a variety of corporate transactions, litigation and regulatory matters.

Abdullah has appeared before many circuits of several Commercial Courts, General Courts, Labor Courts and Enforcement Courts, throughout Saudi Arabia and before numerous specialized disputes bodies (e.g., Customs Disputes Committees, tax disputes before GAZT and GSTC).

Abdullah has represented corporate clients in defending dozens of labor court cases before the MHRSD and Preliminary and Supreme disputes committees. He has handled Commercial and General Courts cases in Dammam, Al-Khobar, Jubail, Riyadh, Mecca and Jeddah. He also regularly appears before MISA/SAGIA, MOC and the Customs and Tax Departments (ZACTA and GSTC).

Abdullah also advises clients in mergers and acquisitions as well as liquidation and de-registration of their entities in Saudi Arabia in amicable and contentious scenarios. He has registered some of the first franchise agreements under the Saudi Franchise Law.
