Biography

Aimie has experience in all aspects of town and country planning law.

She advises a wide range of clients from both the private and public sector including on matters relating to CPO and compensation, regeneration, mixed use, retail, office and residential developments, negotiating planning and highways agreements, reviewing planning applications and environmental statements and undertaking legal due diligence work.

On 12 December 2024, the updated NPPF consulted on over the summer, came into immediate effect.  The pro-development changes aim to increase housing delivery, support development generally and in particular key growth sectors whilst placing a stronger emphasis on sustainability, tackling climate change and promoting green energy.
