Experience
- Alan has taken the lead on advising Thames Water on all aspects of real estate in relation to the Thames Tideway Tunnel “Super Sewer” in London.
- Alan has project managed the real estate aspects of many of National Grid’s linear infrastructure projects including the London Power Tunnels 2 Project, Snowdonia Visual Impact Provision, North Wales Project, Dinorwig to Pentir, East Anglia Green, Bramford to Twinstead and SEA Link.
- Advised Heathrow Airport in respect of its runway expansion project.
- Advised Cerberus, a major housing developer Joint Venture and Northumbrian Water in respect of reaching real estate settlements with the sponsors of infrastructure projects.
