Alex Nyairo is a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group and handles litigation involving commercial contracts and real estate litigation. Alex also handles matters involving special funding vehicles, loan origination, workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, condemnation proceedings, like-kind exchanges, and CMBS defeasances.

A recipient of the prestigious Eugene Gressman & Daniel H. Pollitt Oral Advocacy Award, Alex has demonstrated exceptional advocacy skills throughout his career. He has successfully negotiated complex real estate deals, including those involving subterranean parking structures, and has provided critical advice to major anchor tenants on ordinance compliance and zoning matters.
