Biography
Alexandra is a Solicitor-Advocate with over 15 years’ experience of working within real estate litigation, both in private practice and in-house and across the spectrum of real estate litigation, and industry sectors, with Retail and Telecommunications being specialisms.
Alexandra brings this experience to her role as the Senior Knowledge Management Lawyer in the Real Estate Disputes Team. She is responsible for developing and driving forward an innovative knowledge strategy, directly aligned to the firm’s sectoral and departmental business plans and key client focus programmes. This involves developing cutting edge knowledge management tools, resources and training to ensure BCLP’s lawyers operating in the real estate sector can stay ahead of legal/ regulatory developments (with a particular focus on contentious/risk mitigation real estate topics), provide accurate and commercial advice, and excellent client service, maintain a strong market presence and leverage the latest practice technology.
Alexandra is involved in knowledge-led marketing and business development, profile-raising initiatives, and internal and external training.
Before joining BCLP, Alexandra worked for the telecommunications industry’s first network-sharing joint venture company, managing the UK’s largest mobile infrastructure network from a legal perspective. This involved working on high profile, industry leading, litigation under the Electronic Communications Code and transformative network projects.
