Alexandre advises industrial groups on mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions. He advises French and foreign clients on their restructuring, equity and joint venture transactions as well as on their corporate law issues at the various stages of their growth.

He has extensive experience in the organization and coordination of complex and/or cross-border transactions, acquired in particular during his two-year experience in Chicago.

His practice focuses on the media, new technologies, healthcare, defense and automotive sectors.
