Alexei is BCLP’s Chief Program Director and a member of the team tasked with rolling out BCLP’s Project Advance - a three to five-year step-change program, leading to our Firm’s future state. He was previously the right hand of our UK Managing Partner/Partner in Charge and led on a number of UK and international projects, including the relocation and change management associated with the London office move to Governor’s House. His various roles within BCLP have spanned other areas, including the management of legacy BLP’s international offices located outside the United Kingdom, major office openings, and lateral hire projects as well as work on the merger between Berwin Leighton Paisner and Bryan Cave.

He has extensive experience of working in professional services, both as a fee earner and in senior management, and specialises in international expansion and business development, integration, business strategy, change management, and international project management. Alexei is a non-practicing Solicitor and holds an MBA from London Business School.
