  • ASi Industries, GmbH v. MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. et al. (E.D. Mo.) (successfully defended summary judgment motions in breach of contract and patent infringement litigation; negotiated favorable settlement).
  • Alzheimer’s Institute of America v. Pfizer, Inc. (E.D. Mo.) (litigated patent infringement claims relating to Alzheimer’s Disease research technologies; negotiated favorable settlement).
  • George Allen Jr. v. Dormire (Mo. Cir. Ct.) (obtained writ of habeas corpus ordering release of client after 30 years of wrongful incarceration).
  • Express Scripts, Inc. v. Intel Corporation (E.D. Mo.) (successfully resisted motion to dismiss declaratory judgment action in trademark dispute; negotiated favorable settlement).
  • American Equity Mortgage, Inc. v. Vinson et al. (E.D. Mo.) (obtained denial of motion for preliminary injunction).
  • American Legion v. American Legion (E.D. Mo.) (represented National American Legion in trademark infringement action).
  • Triumph Pharmaceuticals v. Discus Dental (E.D. Mo.) (defended Discus Dental against allegations of false advertising; negotiated favorable settlement).
  • St. James Winery, Inc. v. Illinois Cellars (E.D. Mo.) (obtained denial of motion for temporary restraining order on trademark and trade dress claims).
  • Johnson et al. v. Certegy Check Services, Inc. (S.D. Ill.) (successfully resisted class certification).
