Anastasiya Aronska is a Senior Associate in our Corporate M&A team in Frankfurt. She advises both national and international clients on various aspects of corporate law, including public and private mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate restructurings. Her advisory focus lies in the structuring and execution of complex transactions, such as business acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic restructurings, including cross-border mergers and spin-offs.

In addition to her work in corporate M&A, Anastasiya has gained practical experience in regulatory law, notably through an internship at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). She is also actively engaged in sports law, particularly through her voluntary work in club and association governance. Her goal is to support stakeholders in strategic investments in the sports sector, aiming to enhance brand value, revenue potential, and long-term partnerships.
